Grand Margherita & Riverside Majestic has a pleasant surprise for guests who checks in to either hotel from 1st January 2011 onward. They are now the only hotels in town to offer free in-room high speed internet access in all guestrooms.

According to the hotels' Director of Sales & Marketing, Anthea Yeo, the move to offer complimentary internet access has been in the pipeline for a while and now is the right time to make it happen. "The need to stay connected is now a necessity rather than a luxury when it comes to business travelers who are constantly on the move these days. Even for those who are here on leisure trip, having the internet access to check their emails or logon to Facebook is something we are happy to be offering" she added.

Guests who stay at either hotel can now logon to the internet via a wired connection boasting a best speed of 2MBps. Apart from in-room internet, guests at both hotels can also enjoy Wi-Fi connection at the lobby, lounge and coffee house.

"Apart from having reunion dinner promotions at both hotels' coffee house & Chinese restaurants, we also have a special room package titled the Chinese New year Getaway Package for those who would be coming over to Kuching to visit friends and relatives during the festive period. Starting from RM180++ at Grand Margherita & RM190++ at Riverside Majestic, guests would enjoy a 2D1N stay with breakfast for 2 adults, free in-room high speed internet access, as well as a complimentary late check out when they stay with us between 2nd till 7th February 2011," said Anthea.
